By accessing or using Pembrook ("the Service"), operated by ASloman LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pembrook is an AI-powered business operations platform. Murphy, the AI assistant, helps manage communications, content, scheduling, and business intelligence. The Service includes a mobile/desktop application, web dashboard, and API integrations with third-party platforms including Google Workspace.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Pembrook is offered as a monthly subscription at $49.99/month. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. Payment is processed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account page or by contacting us directly.
If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You agree not to:
Murphy generates content including emails, social posts, review responses, and business intelligence. All AI-generated content is presented for your review and approval before being sent or published (unless you explicitly enable auto-approval). You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content Murphy creates on your behalf. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Drive, Google Business Profile). When you connect these integrations, you authorize Pembrook to access and act on your behalf within those platforms according to the permissions you grant. Your use of third-party platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
The Service, including its design, code, and brand assets, is owned by ASloman LLC. You retain ownership of your business data and any content you create. Content generated by Murphy on your behalf is yours to use as you see fit.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ASloman LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
