Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Pembrook is operated by ASloman LLC, based in Memphis, Tennessee. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean ASloman LLC. When we say "you" or "your", we mean you, the person or business using Pembrook.

2. What We Collect

When you use Pembrook, we collect:

• Account information: Email address, business name, and preferences you provide during onboarding
• Payment information: Processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers
• Connected platform data: When you connect Google Workspace, we access Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Drive, and Google Business Profile data as authorized by you
• Conversation history: Messages between you and Murphy are stored to maintain context and improve responses
• Usage data: How you interact with the app, feature usage, and error logs

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Operate Murphy and provide the Pembrook service
• Draft content, manage communications, and provide business intelligence on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Improve the Service and fix bugs
• Communicate with you about your account and the Service

4. AI Processing

Murphy uses AI (powered by third-party language models) to process your business data and generate content. Your data may be sent to AI providers (such as Anthropic) for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI-generated content is always presented for your review before being sent or published, unless you explicitly enable auto-approval.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• AI providers: To power Murphy's capabilities (processed, not stored for training)
• Google: To operate integrations you have authorized
• Law enforcement: Only when required by law

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers hosted by DigitalOcean. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to customer data is restricted to essential personnel (currently: Alex Sloman, founder). We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation or export. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correct: Update inaccurate information
• Delete: Request deletion of your data
• Export: Request your data in a portable format
• Disconnect: Revoke access to connected platforms at any time

9. Cookies

The Pembrook web app uses session storage for the demo chat. The mobile/desktop app uses local storage for authentication tokens. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

10. Children

Pembrook is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the last revision.
